Roll Toronto redesign and crazy Hans edit

While the one-column layout has been entertaining for a long time, I don't think that any of us thought it was a permanent solution. So I changed it up to something we're a lot happier with. Take a peek- you can actually see where everything is, too. Also we now have a forum attached, and we'll slowly be migrating our commentary there from this board.
